The Engineering Trust

The Engineering Trust (formally the Oxford & District Training Group) a registered charity; was established over 25 years ago by a group of employers in Oxfordshire who wanted to raise the profile of Engineering, particularly apprenticeships and ongoing training.

From the outset The Trust, via its operating subsidiary Isis Training Services, has worked with, and continues to work with employers from all disciplines successfully managing their apprenticeship programmes and engineering training.

In addition The Trust actively works with schools and colleges to promote engineering as a career option, attending and presenting at numerous career fairs and seminars throughout the year. Within the last two years The Trust has developed and introduced “hands on” challenges for both secondary and primary students, to further promote careers within engineering.
