Our Training Officer from Isis provided us with help and guidance with the initial preparation of our Training Modules for our apprentices training requirements. “I started as an apprentice here 10 years ago and now in a management role I enjoy helping new apprentices find their niche. We’ve had some real apprenticeship success stories here. David Bisson for example came to us through Isis as a 16-year-old apprentice. Despite having to deal with the challenges of dyslexia, he’s worked hard and done really well. Last year I was delighted to promote him to Lab Test Technician. David Quigley is another real success story. He started out with the company as a fitter. Completing his City & Guilds he went on to study for his ONC then HNC both of which he did brilliantly. Dave is now the company’s Chief Design Engineer.”
